Delete mainframe component dynamically

How to delete any mainframe component[eg. COB,JCL,OPCD] dynamically?Do we have any utility/tool?

Hello,

You need to clarify what you are asking. Your question is quite clear to you, but not others.

Show a couple examples of somthing you "have" and what you would want done with it.

I suppose i am confused as almost everything happens/can happen dynamically. . . Thru tso/ispf online or thru jcl in batch.
