Analysing Dumps

Hi all,

I am a part of the Application support team and reguarly need to resolve abends (for both Batch and BMP jobs). Could anyone lead me to documents which would help me do the analysis of PLIDUMPS, CEEDUMPS, SYSUDUMPS
