Documents for what? Have you tried the links on the website? Note that if documentation exists it may not be freely available except to registered users.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Kusomushi, I don't know what "relevant information" you expected to find. However, let me give you some information.

PDF is an obsolete tool for storing Jackson structure diagrams as text. Your best -- indeed, probably your only -- bet is for your company to approach Keywood and purchase the Jackson Workbench. It's barely possible that your bosses can find someone who knows Jackson structured programming and can write code using structure diagrams as a base for the logic, but they won't be able to hire him for a lakh of rupees a month. One way or another, those cheap sons-of-fifty-fathers that you drudge for are going to have to turn loose of some real money.

And to make matters even MORE confusing, PDF is "Program Development Facility", as in:
ISPF Program Development Facility
