Dear Friends,

We need to install one CA product. For that, CAIRIM is the pre requiste. But they already did some of the other CA products. Now, How can I check whether CAIRIM and CA license Management program installed or not. Can any one help for this.

If the system is already running CA products, it probably is.

Suggest you open an issue with CA Support and make sure that all is in order before you try to install more.

Your site support group should be able to tell you for sure. Most likely, the COMMNDxx member of your SYS1.PARMLIB contains a START command for CARIM. If you don't have access to look at this library (many sites allow only system programmers access to it), you'll need to work with the site support group.
