hi..

i am satya. got trained on Mainframe from Maples ESM..
for the first, one thing i wanna let you know is this institute can give you quality training but not a placement.
for a placement don't count on them blindly. they can give you 1000 reasons why your profile has been not shortlisted for a particular drive.
even if you get a chance to attend a particular drive their requirement would be less than 10 or even less than 5 on the worst case but for such a drive Maple people can send 200 students.

so that their resposibility is over.
they sent you to a drive..
but its your incompetency, not getting selected.
in the beginning, before i pay 45,000 to them their words sweet but the situation now is bitter to swallow.

i suggest don't waste many bucks like me and end up nothing..
#Maples betrayed me.

Hi,

You pay Rs 45000 for a m/f training !! I am really surprised / I am really ignorant.

Why an IT Entineer need a separate outside training to get a job? I see IT companies picking up non-IT engg, even BScs, in hundreds. And you will have no control over which field/domain you are put.

If you are not planning to create a fraud CV saying you have years of m/f experience, I don't see a reason for a m/f training. Fraud CVs / fraud interview are common.

Your recruiter will take care of your initial training. That follows on the job training, that no training org can give you.

That's my idea,

Why not ask the Institutes that you are interested in? They can give you definitive answers. Someone could post and say this or that but the policiy of his/her institute may have changed over time. Get it from the horse's mouth. Also, read the previous post.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Hello,

I suspect that each and every one of these "institutes" will tell you how they are perfect for your studies if you ask them directly. Why would they do otherwise?

If i was trying to determine which of these i might attend, i would look for people who have gone thru the same course(s) and talk with them about their experience.
Hope this helps,
