Any difference between CICS developer and CICS admin ? ..Need to know specifically about the both..

A CICS developer writes programs using the CICS application programming interface (API) to accomplish business goals.

A CICS administrator, also known as a CICS systems programmer, installs and updates CICS on the various LPARs at the site, makes table changes to add files, programs, transactions, and so forth to regions in support of developers, debugs CICS abends, and almost never writes any programs.
