I have an abend in CICS with abend code AEI1, ibm manuals say it as TRANSIDERR, what exactly means TRANSIDERR.

TRANSIDERR means pretty much what you would think it means -- the transaction being executed does not exist as far as CICS is concerned, most likely due to the transaction not being defined to the CICS system.
