since the systempac was provided by IBM
I would humbly guess that IBM itself might be the best source of info

never seen a *****PAC delivered without the proper docs / checklists / customization dialogs
When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Somebody at your site either got the documentation for the systempac or downloaded it -- I have never heard of an IBM installation being delivered without the documentation, either.

And that is about the same info as you got on another board
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Or someone bootlegged the media into the building. . .

You have also posted this in another forum so this topic is being locked. You were also given the same reply there - ask IBM.
