Why? Are you a scheduler using CA-7? If so you have acces to a) the manuals and b) the software itself.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

If you have time to post here then you have time to log in and start browsing. Use your lunch/tea breaks. stay late 30 min every day.

If your site has a license for CA-7, then you (and everyone else at your site) has access to the manuals. You need to talk to your co-workers, team leader, or site support group to find out where the manuals are and whether they are in hardcopy or on an internal web site. The manuals include plenty of screen shots and even tell you what the various fields on the screen shot are for.

These users thanked the author Robert Sample for the post:

And that is, generally, the same for all legal software. If it has gone missing it can always be requested again from the vendor.
