Find the COBOL Language Reference manual and look up the differences.

kandellisuresh,

From here on, find the info in the manual and post here when you have a doubt. Someone will be able to clarify.

We are not a manual reading service. . . :(

Any similar "questions" will deleted.

Hello,

In case you do not know where to find the COBOL Language Reference, here is a link to the Table of Contents:

http://publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/ ... 0/CONTENTS

The flashlight/tubelight near the top left is the Search feature.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.

By the way, you should read the forum rules before posting. It mentions having a meaningful subject heading. 'cobol' in a section tiltled COBOL is not meaningful.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Nic
