You seem to miss the point about my post - we cannot do urgent as there is not an office full of people waiting to answer queries. we are scattereed around the world doing our own jobs - in my case I am a pig farmer. We help out on the forum as and when we feel like - which may not be for days for some people and for others it may be several times a day. Therefore there is no guarantee of a request being done 'urgent'. I did not add anything to your problem resolution as Robert had already supplied you with the needed infromation.
