Did you read the question? The value for the 88 contains both " and '.

Hi pmartyn they work fine if the text has only one type of quotes either ' or "

something like this I didn't understand "The problem", please explain again may face error.

Do you need to tighten your modem cable?

No, seriously, what kind of data is that? Are you trying to remove certain records or are those actual key values? Is it ascii?
