Can we copy records in a non-vsam dataset into a vsam dataset using REPRO??

How much less time would it have cost you to try, instead of firing up your browser and logging on to this site?

Mr. Prins is correct. If you had the energy to logon here, you should have had the energy to find the online documentation for the IDCAMS utility and read it directly. This will benefit you in the future, much more than getting a response here.

What no one has mentioned - yet - is if the output data set is a VSAM KSDS, the records in the input data set must be sorted by the key area as defined for the KSDS.
