What inferior emulator are you using that does not allow copy-and-paste?

You have provided the wrong output. We'd like to see the messages from the step, all are prefixed with ICE, but make sure you include everything from the first ICE message to the last.

Please try to do copy/paste.

The "DISP" on your sortout looks odd. I'm wondering whether you are looking at the correct dataset when you browse it. Look at all the messages before the ICE messages and see if there is anything like "NOT CATLGD" or just anything that looks out of place to you.

raghuvanshi,

The part of the JES log you provided does not really tell me anything. I need to see the complete JES log including the DD statements and the sort messages. Feel free to send them to me offline (yaeger@us.ibm.com) as an attachment if that works better for you.

I also need to see a display of your input and output data sets.

You might try running the job I showed as is and see if that gives the same thing I got. Then you can compare that job output to the output for your original job to see what's different.

Ok, your problem is solved? Or ok, you will supply the information I asked for? Or ok, something else?

please understand that something is wrong in Your emulator settings ,
I have used most of them an unless the emulator is misconfigured a TEXT cut does not pose any problems !
cheers
