frankly You did not post anything useful to diagnose Your problem
You just whined about something not working as expected

what about posting Your JCl to see if there are <evident> errors in it?

double check what You post so that we do not waste time on typos
cheers
enrico
When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Hello,

When you post the jcl and diagnostic info, use copy/paste - do Not retype.

Once the info is in your reply, then highlight the info and click Code to apply the Code Tag.

Use the Preview function and when your post appears as you want, Submit.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.

If you are in the lab then presumably you have a tutor available so why not ask the tutor? It may be because your tutor has not explained something clearly so your asking is a note to him to improve his presentation.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
Regards
Nic

Hello,

Most of the labs i've supported have several people testing. Suggest you compare your JCL with one that works for the same assignment and see what is different.

When the system raises a "JCL Error" there can be multiple reasons and these are usually shown in the first 3 sysout datasets - unless there is an invalid JOB statement in chech case the job is often flushed from the system.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
