My customer has uploaded *.zrf file using FTPS. The files where uploaded by splitting into multiple files. What is the procedure to merge the files without z\OS Lpar. Please help.

What do you mean by "without z\OS Lpar"? Do you perhaps mean on z/Linux? What software was used to split the files originally?
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

seems a ftp to/from the IBM software support,
usually IBM software support gives VERY clear instructions on how to package/UNpackage the material exchanged
read the documentation provided by IBM
