You have to include all the data you need on the REFORMAT record. Then if you need different data for different files, you select from the correct positions on the REFORMAT record. In your case, neither OUTFIL will contain all the data you specify on the REFORMAT, but it doesn't matter. Just specify all the data that you need for any OUTFILs on your REFORMAT, and select from that data for each of the individual OUTFILs.
