when a job is purged from the spool.. it is gone forever.

unless for some reason it gets also archived somewhere
but since we do not belong to Your organization... we cannot tell
to be on the safe side just assume that it is not possible!
anyway the best place to ask would be Your support
cheers
enrico
When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Hello,

How long ago was it created? How long ago was it purged? How important is it to the company?

Once purged from the spool, it is gone (as Enrico Mentioned). It may have been archived by some such product - only someone who supports your system would know.

If it was created some time ago and there was a set of disaster recovery backups taken while it was in the spool, it might be possible to rescue - but is more effort than an organization is usually willing to expend.

What is in the joblog that you want to retrieve?
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
