Deleting all labels with a macro

Postby LotharLochkarte » Thu Oct 13, 2011 7:03 pm

Hi!

Is there a command to delete all labels (or a particular one) with an edit macro? I know how to set them, but not how to delete them! ;-)
In a few manuals it is said that "RESET" also removes the labels. But this is infact wrong.

Thanks!

RESET LABEL or whatever shortform works - RES LAB perhaps. Just tried it (without looking in any manual thank you and not knowing about the keywords - just experimenting)
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

The ISPF help (PF1) clearly indicates that RESET clears everything but labels. The ISPF Edit primary command RESET LABEL, on the other hand, does clear labels -- I just tested it.
