Can panel2 simulate the entry realistic

There are two panels named panel1 and panel2.When i put some data on panel1,and then press the entry,it can call panel2.The question is that the data that i put on the panel1 transfer to the variable defined on the panel2,and then simulate entry,Is that true?
please help to give some advice,thanks a lot.

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort
